5 Star Truck Sales is a used truck dealership in Byron Center, Michigan, just south of Grand Rapids. We sell used semi trucks and medium-duty trucks: sleeper tractors for over-the-road work, day cabs for regional and local hauling, and box trucks for delivery.
Most of our inventory is Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo VNL, International and Mack. Every truck is serviced and DOT inspected before we list it. Each listing shows the price, mileage, engine, transmission and full specs, with a downloadable spec sheet, and many include a walkaround video, so you can narrow down your options before you call.
Financing is available, and you can apply online. Extended warranty options are available on many trucks, and we offer delivery, so you don’t have to be in Michigan to buy from us.

A sleeper has a bunk behind the seats for overnight, long-haul routes. A day cab has no bunk and suits local and regional work where drivers get home every night. It’s also shorter and lighter, which helps with maneuvering and payload.
